HiLight Surgical Equipments is a Chennai-based supplier of surgical instruments, orthopedic implants, hospital equipment, and medical consumables, and a provider of physiotherapy services including home visits, post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, pain management, neurological rehabilitation, and geriatric physiotherapy.

3. Quotes, Orders & Pricing

Submitting a "Request a Quote" or "Enquire Now" form is a request for pricing and availability, not a binding order — we will follow up directly to confirm details. For purchases made through our online shop, prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice, though the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur between what is shown and what is delivered.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our surgical equipment, orthopedic instruments, and consumables are intended for use by qualified medical professionals in appropriate clinical settings. Nothing on this website is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 5. Physiotherapy Bookings

Booking a physiotherapy session through our website or booking form is a request for an appointment, which we will confirm directly with you by phone or WhatsApp. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Our physiotherapists provide care based on your stated condition and history; please disclose all relevant medical information accurately when booking.

6. Payment

For online shop purchases, we accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payment where enabled at checkout. Online payments are processed entirely by our payment partners on their own secure platforms; we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. 7. Shipping

We ship products across India. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability and are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
