Shipping Policy

We deliver genuine iWALK Foot Care footwear and footcare products across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout from our configured rates and shown before you place your order.

1. Coverage

We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines depend on your pincode and courier availability and are estimates, not guarantees. We can share an estimate for your pincode on request via phone or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping charges

A flat pan-India shipping charge applies unless your order subtotal meets the free-shipping threshold configured in our store settings. The exact amount and any free-shipping threshold are displayed in your cart and checkout summary. Rates may be marked provisional until confirmed by the merchant.

Original shipping charges on returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see Refund Policy).

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Pay the order total (including shipping) when your order arrives.
