Step 5: Try it at home properly

Step 6: Exchange if needed
If the size or style isn't right, unused pairs in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy. Damaged or wrong items should be reported within 48 hours with photos.

- Ordering only one pair for a parent with diabetes. A home pair stops barefoot walking indoors, where many injuries happen.
- Throwing away the box immediately. Keep it until the fit is confirmed, in case you need an exchange.
